There is a 20
member Board and an Executive Director, who has been
given the responsibility to manage the Foundation. This
has been raised in conjunction with the Lions of
Multiple District 14.
There is a member
of the Board for each Lions District, plus a
representative from each of the other two foundations –
The Eye Research Foundation (ERF) and the Hearing Research
Foundation (HRF).
The Board meets
each time that the State Council meets, and then the
Executive Board meets in between meetings.
